Air Fryer Garlic Butter Steak Bites and Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 1 lb sirloin or ribeye steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 large russet or Yukon gold potatoes, diced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp dried thyme
  • ½ tsp dried rosemary
  • ¼ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Prepare the potatoes: In a bowl, toss the diced potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, paprika, onion powder, thyme, and rosemary.
  3. Cook the potatoes: Place them in the air fryer basket in a single layer and cook for 12–15 minutes, shaking halfway through.
  4. Prepare the steak: While the potatoes cook, season the steak bites with salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
  5. Air fry the steak: Once the potatoes are partially cooked, push them to one side of the basket. Add the steak bites and cook for another 5–7 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  6. Garlic butter sauce: In a small bowl, mix the melted butter with minced garlic.
  7. Toss everything together: Drizzle the garlic butter over the steak and potatoes, toss to coat, and air fry for an additional 2 minutes.
  8. Garnish and serve: Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
