Ingredients
- 1 lb sirloin or ribeye steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 large russet or Yukon gold potatoes, diced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp dried thyme
- ½ tsp dried rosemary
- ¼ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Prepare the potatoes: In a bowl, toss the diced potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, paprika, onion powder, thyme, and rosemary.
- Cook the potatoes: Place them in the air fryer basket in a single layer and cook for 12–15 minutes, shaking halfway through.
- Prepare the steak: While the potatoes cook, season the steak bites with salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
- Air fry the steak: Once the potatoes are partially cooked, push them to one side of the basket. Add the steak bites and cook for another 5–7 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Garlic butter sauce: In a small bowl, mix the melted butter with minced garlic.
- Toss everything together: Drizzle the garlic butter over the steak and potatoes, toss to coat, and air fry for an additional 2 minutes.
- Garnish and serve: Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
