Ingredients
- 6 large eggs
- 1/4 cup milk (or dairy-free alternative)
- 1/4 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, Swiss, or your favorite)
- 1/4 cup diced bell pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped spinach
- 1/4 cup cooked bacon or turkey sausage (optional)
- Salt & pepper, to taste
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 300°F (150°C).
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Stir in cheese, bell pepper, spinach, and any additional fillings like bacon or sausage.
- Lightly grease silicone muffin cups or an air fryer-safe silicone mold with cooking spray.
- Pour the egg mixture evenly into the molds, filling each about 3/4 full.
- Place the molds in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry for 10–12 minutes, or until the egg bites are set and slightly golden on top.
- Let cool for a few minutes before removing from molds.
Tips:
- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 4 days. Reheat in air fryer or microwave.
- Customize with your favorite veggies, meats, or herbs!
