Air Fryer Egg Bites – High-Protein Snack

Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk (or dairy-free alternative)
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, Swiss, or your favorite)
  • 1/4 cup diced bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped spinach
  • 1/4 cup cooked bacon or turkey sausage (optional)
  • Salt & pepper, to taste
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 300°F (150°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  3. Stir in cheese, bell pepper, spinach, and any additional fillings like bacon or sausage.
  4. Lightly grease silicone muffin cups or an air fryer-safe silicone mold with cooking spray.
  5. Pour the egg mixture evenly into the molds, filling each about 3/4 full.
  6. Place the molds in the air fryer basket.
  7. Air fry for 10–12 minutes, or until the egg bites are set and slightly golden on top.
  8. Let cool for a few minutes before removing from molds.

Tips:

  • Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 4 days. Reheat in air fryer or microwave.
  • Customize with your favorite veggies, meats, or herbs!
