- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced

- 1/2 teaspoon salt

- Juice of 1 lime
- 8 small flour tortillas (or corn tortillas)

Instructions
- Prep the Beef and Veggies: Slice the flank steak against the grain into thin strips. In a bowl, toss the beef strips with olive oil, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Add the sliced bell peppers and onions to the bowl and toss everything together.
