- Freeze the Sticks:
- Place the coated mozzarella sticks on a tray lined with parchment paper.
- Freeze for at least 30 minutes to prevent them from melting in the air fryer.
- Air Fry:
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Lightly spray the mozzarella sticks with cooking oil.
- Place them in a single layer in the air fryer basket, ensuring they don’t touch.
- Air fry for 6-8 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve:
- Allow to cool slightly and serve with marinara sauce, ranch dressing, or your favorite dip.
