Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh rosemary (or 2 tablespoons dried rosemary)
- 2 cups water
- Optional: 3–5 drops of peppermint or lavender essential oil (for added benefits)
Instructions
- Boil the Water: Bring 2 cups of water to a boil in a pot.
- Add Rosemary: Add the rosemary to the boiling water. Let it simmer for 15–20 minutes.
- Cool & Strain: Remove from heat, allow it to cool completely, then strain the rosemary leaves out.
- Store: Pour the rosemary water into a spray bottle or clean container. Store in the fridge for up to one week.
- Mix With Shampoo: Add 1–2 tablespoons of rosemary water to your regular shampoo and mix well.
- Use Regularly: Wash your hair with this rosemary-infused shampoo 2–3 times per week.
- Optional Step: Spray some rosemary water directly onto your scalp daily and massage gently.
