Ingredients
- 2 medium zucchinis, grated
- 100 g cheese, grated
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp flour (or breadcrumbs)
- Fresh parsley, chopped
- Ground black pepper, to taste
- Salt, to taste
- Olive oil (for frying)
Instructions
- Wash and grate the zucchinis. Place them in a clean kitchen towel and squeeze out the excess liquid.
- In a bowl, combine zucchini, grated cheese, garlic, egg, flour, parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Heat a little olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Scoop spoonfuls of the mixture into the pan, flattening slightly to form patties.
- Fry for 2–3 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from the pan and place on paper towels to absorb extra oil.
- Serve warm with sour cream, yogurt dip, or a fresh salad.
