Ingredients
- 4 lemons (preferably organic)
- 4–5 cloves of garlic
- 1 small piece of fresh ginger (about 1 inch)
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar (with the mother)
- 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
- 2 cups of water
Instructions
- Wash and prepare ingredients:
Wash the lemons thoroughly. Cut them into small chunks, leaving the peel on. Peel the garlic and ginger. - Blend:
Add lemon chunks, garlic cloves, ginger, and water to a blender. Blend until smooth. - Strain (optional):
You can strain the mixture to remove pulp if you prefer a smoother consistency. - Add apple cider vinegar & honey:
Stir in the apple cider vinegar and honey. Mix well. - Store:
Pour the mixture into a glass jar with a lid. Store in the refrigerator for up to 1 week. - Use:
Drink 1 tablespoon on an empty stomach in the morning. Follow with a glass of warm water if desired.
