Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
  • 2 cups of water

Instructions

  1. Wash and prepare ingredients:
    Wash the lemons thoroughly. Cut them into small chunks, leaving the peel on. Peel the garlic and ginger.
  2. Blend:
    Add lemon chunks, garlic cloves, ginger, and water to a blender. Blend until smooth.
  3. Strain (optional):
    You can strain the mixture to remove pulp if you prefer a smoother consistency.
  4. Add apple cider vinegar & honey:
    Stir in the apple cider vinegar and honey. Mix well.
  5. Store:
    Pour the mixture into a glass jar with a lid. Store in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
  6. Use:
