Ingredients
- 2 large lemons (preferably organic, with peel)
- 1 bulb of garlic
- 1-inch piece of ginger root
- 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon of raw honey
- 2 cups of water
Instructions
- Wash the lemons thoroughly and cut them into small pieces (with peel).
- Peel the garlic cloves and ginger.
- Add the lemon pieces, garlic, and ginger to a blender along with water.
- Blend until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into a saucepan and heat gently (do not boil) for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Let it cool slightly, then add honey and apple cider vinegar. Stir well.
- Pour into a clean glass jar and refrigerate.
Usage:
- Take 1–2 tablespoons daily on an empty stomach or before meals.
- Shake well before each use.
