A Natural Recipe to Clean Arteries and Lower Cholesterol

Ingredients

  • 2 large lemons (preferably organic, with peel)
  • 1 bulb of garlic
  • 1-inch piece of ginger root
  • 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon of raw honey
  • 2 cups of water

Instructions

  1. Wash the lemons thoroughly and cut them into small pieces (with peel).
  2. Peel the garlic cloves and ginger.
  3. Add the lemon pieces, garlic, and ginger to a blender along with water.
  4. Blend until smooth.
  5. Pour the mixture into a saucepan and heat gently (do not boil) for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  6. Let it cool slightly, then add honey and apple cider vinegar. Stir well.
  7. Pour into a clean glass jar and refrigerate.

Usage:

  • Take 1–2 tablespoons daily on an empty stomach or before meals.
  • Shake well before each use.
