A Natural Recipe to Clean Arteries and Lower Cholesterol


INGREDENT

  • 4 organic lemons (with peel)
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 small piece of ginger (about 2 inches)
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar (with the mother)
  • 2 tablespoons raw honey
  • 1 cup warm water

Instructions

  1. Wash the lemons thoroughly and cut them into slices (remove seeds if desired).
  2. Peel the garlic and ginger.
  3. Add lemons, garlic, and ginger into a blender.
  4. Pour in the warm water and blend until smooth.
  5. Strain the mixture through a fine sieve or cheesecloth into a clean jar.
  6. Stir in the apple cider vinegar and raw honey.
  7. Store the jar in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
  8. Take 1–2 tablespoons daily on an empty stomach or before meals.

Tip:
