INGREDENT
- 4 organic lemons (with peel)
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 small piece of ginger (about 2 inches)
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar (with the mother)
- 2 tablespoons raw honey
- 1 cup warm water
Instructions
- Wash the lemons thoroughly and cut them into slices (remove seeds if desired).
- Peel the garlic and ginger.
- Add lemons, garlic, and ginger into a blender.
- Pour in the warm water and blend until smooth.
- Strain the mixture through a fine sieve or cheesecloth into a clean jar.
- Stir in the apple cider vinegar and raw honey.
- Store the jar in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
- Take 1–2 tablespoons daily on an empty stomach or before meals.

Shake the jar well before each use. Consistency is key for natural remedies to be effective.
