A Natural Recipe to Clean Arteries and Lower Cholesterol


INGREDIENTS

  • 6 organic lemons (washed well)
  • 1 large piece of fresh ginger (about 3 inches)
  • 4–5 garlic cloves
  • 2 tablespoons raw honey
  • 2 cups filtered water

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Slice the lemons (with peel) and remove any seeds.
  2. Peel and chop the ginger and garlic.
  3. Add lemons, garlic, and ginger to a blender. Pour in the water and blend until smooth.
  4. Pour the mixture into a saucepan and warm gently—do not boil. Just warm enough to activate the ingredients.
  5. Let it cool slightly, then stir in the honey.
  6. Store in a clean jar in the fridge.

HOW TO USE:
Take 1–2 tablespoons daily on an empty stomach for best results. Shake well before each use!
