INGREDIENTS
- 6 organic lemons (washed well)
- 1 large piece of fresh ginger (about 3 inches)
- 4–5 garlic cloves
- 2 tablespoons raw honey
- 2 cups filtered water
INSTRUCTIONS
- Slice the lemons (with peel) and remove any seeds.
- Peel and chop the ginger and garlic.
- Add lemons, garlic, and ginger to a blender. Pour in the water and blend until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into a saucepan and warm gently—do not boil. Just warm enough to activate the ingredients.
- Let it cool slightly, then stir in the honey.
- Store in a clean jar in the fridge.
HOW TO USE:
Take 1–2 tablespoons daily on an empty stomach for best results. Shake well before each use!
