Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh lemon juice (about 4–5 lemons)
- 1 cup fresh ginger juice (or 4–5 inches fresh ginger, peeled and grated)
- 1 cup fresh garlic juice (or 10–12 cloves, crushed)

Instructions
- If using whole ginger and garlic, blend or juice them to extract the juice. Strain if needed.
- In a saucepan, combine the lemon juice, ginger juice, garlic juice, and apple cider vinegar.
- Bring the mixture to a gentle simmer over low heat for about 30 minutes. Stir occasionally. Do not boil vigorously.
- Remove from heat and let it cool completely.
- Once cool, add honey (if using) and stir well to combine.
- Pour the mixture into a clean glass jar or bottle. Store in the refrigerator.
