Ingredients
- 4 organic lemons (with peel)
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 small piece of ginger (about 1 inch)
- 2 tablespoons raw honey
- 4 cups water
Instructions
- Prep the ingredients:
- Wash the lemons thoroughly and cut them into small chunks (keep the peel).
- Peel the garlic and ginger.
- Blend:
- In a blender, combine the lemon chunks, garlic, and ginger. Blend until smooth.
- Boil:
- Pour the blended mixture into a pot. Add 4 cups of water and bring to a boil.
- Once it starts boiling, reduce the heat and simmer for 10–15 minutes.
- Cool and strain:
- Let the mixture cool. Then strain through a fine sieve or cheesecloth into a jar.
- Add honey:
- Once the liquid is lukewarm, stir in the honey and mix well.
- Store:
- Pour into a clean glass jar with a lid and refrigerate.
How to Use:
Take 1–2 tablespoons every morning on an empty stomach. Shake well before each use.
