A Natural Recipe to Clean Arteries and Lower Cholesterol


Ingredients

  • 4 organic lemons (with peel)
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 small piece of ginger (about 1 inch)
  • 2 tablespoons raw honey
  • 4 cups water

Instructions

  1. Prep the ingredients:
    • Wash the lemons thoroughly and cut them into small chunks (keep the peel).
    • Peel the garlic and ginger.
  2. Blend:
    • In a blender, combine the lemon chunks, garlic, and ginger. Blend until smooth.
  3. Boil:
    • Pour the blended mixture into a pot. Add 4 cups of water and bring to a boil.
    • Once it starts boiling, reduce the heat and simmer for 10–15 minutes.
  4. Cool and strain:
    • Let the mixture cool. Then strain through a fine sieve or cheesecloth into a jar.
  5. Add honey:
    • Once the liquid is lukewarm, stir in the honey and mix well.
  6. Store:
    • Pour into a clean glass jar with a lid and refrigerate.

How to Use:
Take 1–2 tablespoons every morning on an empty stomach. Shake well before each use.
