Ingredients
- 4 organic lemons (with peel, thoroughly washed)
- 1 small piece of fresh ginger (about 2 inches)
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 2 tablespoons organic apple cider vinegar
- 3 tablespoons pure honey
- 1 glass jar (clean and dry)
Instructions
- Prep the ingredients: Cut the lemons into slices (remove seeds if possible). Peel and chop the ginger and garlic.
- Blend: Add lemon slices, ginger, and garlic to a blender. Blend until it forms a coarse mixture. Add honey and apple cider vinegar, and blend again briefly to combine.
- Jar it up: Pour the mixture into the clean glass jar. Seal it tightly.
- Rest and store: Let it sit in the refrigerator for 2–3 days before using to allow flavors and nutrients to infuse.
- How to use: Take 1 tablespoon daily on an empty stomach. You can also stir it into a glass of lukewarm water if the taste is too strong.
