Ingredients
- 5 organic lemons (with peel)
- 3–4 cloves garlic (peeled)
- 1 small piece of fresh ginger (about 1–2 inches)
- 1 cup natural honey
- 1 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 cup warm water
Instructions
- Wash and Prep:
Thoroughly wash the lemons and cut them into slices. Remove any seeds. - Blend:
In a blender, add lemon slices, garlic cloves, and ginger. Blend until smooth. - Mix:
Pour the blended mixture into a bowl. Add honey, apple cider vinegar, and warm water. Mix well. - Store:
Transfer the mixture into a clean glass jar with a lid. Seal tightly. - Refrigerate:
Store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks. Shake well before each use.
