Ingredients
- 4 organic lemons
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 small piece of fresh ginger (about 2 inches)
- 2 tablespoons raw honey
- 4 cups water
Instructions
- Wash the lemons thoroughly and cut them into slices.
- Peel the garlic cloves and ginger, then slice the ginger thinly.
- Place the lemon slices, garlic, and ginger into a blender. Add 2 cups of water and blend until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into a pot, add the remaining 2 cups of water, and heat gently until it just starts to boil — do not let it fully boil. Stir occasionally.
- Remove from heat and let it cool completely.
- Strain the liquid into a clean glass jar, discarding the pulp.
- Stir in the raw honey until well mixed.
- Close the jar with a lid and store it in the refrigerator.
How to use:
Drink 1 small glass (about 100 ml) on an empty stomach in the morning and another glass before dinner. Shake well before each use.
