A Natural Recipe to Clean Arteries and Lower Cholesterol

Ingredients

  • 4 organic lemons
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 small piece of fresh ginger (about 2 inches)
  • 2 tablespoons raw honey
  • 4 cups water

Instructions

  1. Wash the lemons thoroughly and cut them into slices.
  2. Peel the garlic cloves and ginger, then slice the ginger thinly.
  3. Place the lemon slices, garlic, and ginger into a blender. Add 2 cups of water and blend until smooth.
  4. Pour the mixture into a pot, add the remaining 2 cups of water, and heat gently until it just starts to boil — do not let it fully boil. Stir occasionally.
  5. Remove from heat and let it cool completely.
  6. Strain the liquid into a clean glass jar, discarding the pulp.
  7. Stir in the raw honey until well mixed.
  8. Close the jar with a lid and store it in the refrigerator.

How to use:
Drink 1 small glass (about 100 ml) on an empty stomach in the morning and another glass before dinner. Shake well before each use.
