Ingredients
- 1 medium cucumber, thinly sliced
- 1 lemon, thinly sliced
- 1–2 inches fresh ginger root, peeled and sliced
- A handful of fresh mint leaves
- 6–8 cups cold water
- Ice cubes (optional)
Instructions
- Wash the cucumber, lemon, ginger, and mint thoroughly.
- Slice the cucumber and lemon into thin rounds. Peel and slice the ginger root.
- In a large pitcher, add the cucumber, lemon, ginger slices, and mint leaves.
- Pour in the cold water and stir gently.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours (or overnight) to let the flavors infuse.
- Add ice cubes if desired.
- Pour into a glass, enjoy, and refill the pitcher as needed.
