INGREDIENTS
- 1 cucumber, sliced
- 1-inch piece of fresh ginger, peeled and sliced
- A handful of fresh mint leaves
- 1 lemon, sliced
- 6–8 cups of water
- Ice cubes (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS
- Wash all ingredients thoroughly.
- Slice the cucumber and lemon into thin rounds.
- Peel and slice the ginger.
- Add the cucumber, lemon, ginger, and mint leaves into a large pitcher.
- Pour in the water and stir gently.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to let the flavors infuse.
- Add ice cubes if desired before serving.
