Instructions
- Baking Soda & Hydrogen Peroxide Paste:
Mix 1 teaspoon of baking soda with 2 teaspoons of hydrogen peroxide. Brush gently for 2 minutes, then rinse well. Use 2–3 times a week.
- Coconut Oil Pulling:
Swish 1 tablespoon of coconut oil in your mouth for 10–15 minutes daily. Rinse and brush afterward.
- Activated Charcoal:
Dip your toothbrush in activated charcoal powder and brush for 2 minutes. Rinse thoroughly. Use twice a week.
- Apple Cider Vinegar Rinse:
Mix 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar in 1 cup of water. Swish for 30 seconds, then rinse with plain water. Use 2–3 times a week.
- Banana Peel Rub:
Rub the inside of a banana peel on your teeth for 2 minutes. Wait 10 minutes, then brush as usual.
- Strawberry & Baking Soda Paste:
Mash one ripe strawberry and mix it with ½ teaspoon baking soda. Apply to teeth for 5 minutes, then rinse and brush.
- Lemon or Orange Peel:
Rub the inside of a lemon or orange peel on your teeth for 1 minute, then rinse and brush. Use once a week to avoid enamel damage.
