  1. In a bowl, whisk together the flour and salt.
  2. Add the egg and water, then whisk until smooth and lump-free. The batter should be pourable, like pancake batter.
  3. Stir in the oil or melted butter.
  4. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Lightly grease it if needed.
  5. Pour a small ladle of batter into the center of the skillet. Immediately swirl the pan to spread the batter into a thin circle.
  6. Cook for about 1-2 minutes until the edges lift and the bottom has light golden spots. Flip and cook the other side for another 30 seconds to 1 minute.
