- 1 teaspoon instant yeast
- 1 ½ cups warm water
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix flour, salt, and yeast.
- Add warm water and stir until a sticky dough forms.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or a towel and let it rest for 8–12 hours (overnight works best).
- Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C). Place a Dutch oven (or heavy oven-safe pot with lid) inside to heat.
- Carefully transfer the dough onto a floured surface, shape into a ball, and let it rest while the oven heats.
- Place the dough into the hot pot, cover with lid, and bake for 30 minutes.
- Remove the lid and bake another 10–15 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
