  3. Cover the bowl with a clean towel and let the dough rise for about 1-2 hours, or until doubled in size.
  4. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). If using a Dutch oven, place it inside the oven while it preheats.
  5. Lightly flour a surface, turn out the dough, and shape it into a ball.
