Ingredients
- 1 box lemon cake mix
- 1 (21 oz) can lemon pie filling (or lemon curd)
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Spread the lemon pie filling evenly in the bottom of the prepared dish.
- Cut the softened cream cheese into small cubes and drop them evenly over the lemon filling.
- Sprinkle the dry lemon cake mix evenly over the top.
- Drizzle the melted butter over the entire cake mix, trying to cover as much as possible.
- Bake for 35–40 minutes, or until the top is lightly golden and bubbly.
- Cool slightly, then serve warm — plain, or with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream!
