4-Ingredient Lemon Cream Cheese Dump Cake


Ingredients

  • 1 box lemon cake mix
  • 1 (21 oz) can lemon pie filling (or lemon curd)
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. Spread the lemon pie filling evenly in the bottom of the prepared dish.
  3. Cut the softened cream cheese into small cubes and drop them evenly over the lemon filling.
  4. Sprinkle the dry lemon cake mix evenly over the top.
  5. Drizzle the melted butter over the entire cake mix, trying to cover as much as possible.
  6. Bake for 35–40 minutes, or until the top is lightly golden and bubbly.
  7. Cool slightly, then serve warm — plain, or with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream!
