Ingredients
- 1 box lemon cake mix
- 1 (8 oz) block cream cheese, softened
- 1 (21 oz) can lemon pie filling
- ½ cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Spread the lemon pie filling evenly over the bottom of the baking dish.
- Drop spoonfuls of softened cream cheese over the pie filling.
- Sprinkle the dry lemon cake mix evenly over everything.
- Drizzle the melted butter evenly across the top of the cake mix. Try to cover as much as possible.
- Bake for 35–40 minutes, or until the top is golden and the edges are bubbly.
- Let cool slightly before serving. Serve warm or chilled — great with a scoop of vanilla ice cream!
