Ingredients
- 3 medium potatoes
- 2 tbsp olive oil (or butter)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- ¼ tsp paprika or chili flakes (optional)
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (or coriander)
- 2 tbsp grated cheese (optional, for topping)
Instructions
- Wash and peel the potatoes. Cut them into thin slices or small cubes for quick cooking.
- Heat olive oil (or butter) in a large non-stick skillet over medium heat.
- Add the garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add the potatoes, salt, pepper, and paprika/chili flakes. Stir well to coat evenly.
- Cover the skillet with a lid and cook for about 6–8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the potatoes are tender and golden.
- Sprinkle chopped parsley and grated cheese (if using) on top.
- Serve hot — quick, crispy, and so flavorful that everyone will ask for the recipe!
Would you like me to make it a baked version (oven-style) as well?
