Ingredients
- 1 lb (450 g) ground chicken
- 1 large egg
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
Optional: salt, pepper, garlic powder, or chopped herbs to taste.
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine ground chicken, egg, and Parmesan cheese. Mix until well combined. Add optional seasonings if desired.
- Divide the mixture into 4–6 portions and shape into patties.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Lightly grease with oil or cooking spray.
- Cook the patties for about 4–5 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F or 74°C).
- Serve hot with a dipping sauce, side salad, or wrapped in lettuce for a low-carb meal.
