- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or your fave blend)
- 1 cup cooked breakfast sausage (crumbled) or diced ham
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Grease a muffin tin or small baking dish.
- In a bowl, whisk the eggs until smooth.
- Stir in the shredded cheese and cooked sausage (or ham).
- Pour the mixture evenly into the prepared muffin tin or dish.
- Bake for 18–22 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the tops are golden.
- Cool slightly before serving. Enjoy warm!
