  • 12 lasagna noodles, cooked al dente

  • 1/2 tsp onion powder

Instruction

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Prepare the Cheese Mixture:
    In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese, 1/2 cup mozzarella, Parmesan cheese, egg, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.
  3. Lay Out the Noodles:
    Lay the cooked lasagna noodles flat on a clean surface, such as a cutting board or parchment paper.
  4. Assemble the Roll-Ups:
    Spread 2-3 tablespoons of the cheese mixture evenly over each noodle. Sprinkle a small amount of the cooked sausage on top of the cheese.
  5. Roll and Arrange:
    Gently roll each noodle from one end to the other, keeping the filling inside. Place each roll seam-side down in the prepared baking dish.
