Instructions
- Wash and peel the cucumber.

- Blend until smooth.
- Strain the mixture using a fine sieve or cheesecloth (optional, if you prefer a smoother texture).
- Pour into a clean jar or glass.
- Consume 1 tablespoon daily, preferably in the morning on an empty stomach.
