Ingredients
- 1 medium cucumber (peeled and chopped)
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 small piece of fresh ginger (grated, about 1/2 teaspoon)
- 1/4 cup water
Instructions
- Add the chopped cucumber, grated ginger, lemon juice, and honey into a blender.
- Pour in the water and blend until smooth.
- Strain the mixture using a fine sieve or cheesecloth if you prefer a smoother texture.
- Store in a clean jar in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
- Take 1 tablespoon daily on an empty stomach in the morning.
